By using our website or enrolling your child in our programs, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Our Services

Sparklet Kids Academy provides high-quality early childhood education and childcare services at our beautiful Santa Clara campus. Our programs are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and prepare children for school readiness through expertly crafted educational experiences.

We welcome families from throughout the South Bay’s most sought-after neighborhoods and are committed to providing a safe, nurturing learning environment.

3. Eligibility

Our website is intended for use by parents, guardians, and adults over the age of 18 who are interested in or enrolled in our early childhood education programs. Children under 13 should not use this website without parental supervision and consent.

4. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment is not final until confirmed in writing by Sparklet Kids Academy. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate services at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, behavioral concerns, or misrepresentation of information.

6. Fees and Payment

Tuition and fees for our programs are provided during the enrollment process and are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice. Payment terms will be outlined in your enrollment agreement. Late payments may result in late fees and potential termination of services.

Registration fees and deposits are generally non-refundable. Refund policies for tuition will be provided in your enrollment agreement.

7. Tours and Visits

We welcome prospective families to schedule community tours of our Santa Clara campus. Tours are by appointment only and subject to availability. During your visit, you agree to:

• Follow all facility rules and staff instructions
• Respect the privacy and safety of enrolled children and families
• Not photograph or record without express written permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sparklet Kids Academy website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sparklet Kids Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our website without our express written permission.

9. User Submissions

Any information, feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or other content you submit through our website (“Submissions”) becomes the property of Sparklet Kids Academy.
